(22:53:28) mjl-: ok, ssh channel window stuff is handled properly now, one of the two big items to do
(22:54:08) mjl-: and i've removed lots of code from sftpfs.  it no longer handles all the ssh stuff itself, now it just calls ssh (the command) with some option to make it calls sftp on the remote side
