(21:33:32) leetspete: Ah, yeah, I bet that's the problem, actually.  Popping into a subdirectory and the mkfile seeing ROOT=. would make Linux/386/include not present.

(22:08:38) leetspete: `mk all` relies on the whole dev environment being there, but doesn't put anything into bin/.
