(07:46:02) powerman: jas: if you need non-blocking reader then you probably instead need to rethink architecture
(07:46:49) jas: in that case I put a single byte reader in place and separate hooks for multiple parsers since I find that I need to switch between serial protocols w/o disconnecting (silly devices I'm talking to)
