(12:58:49) powerman: how 9pfuse may know is synthetic file ready for read without actually sending Tread?
(12:59:56) powerman: and it can't send Tread on it's own because this may change semantic (unexpectedly to user who used epoll(2) to find is he can read but didn't actually call read(2) yet)
(13:01:08) powerman: and without epoll & non-blocking i/o I can't use 9pfs-mounted fs from perl, because there is no usable threads in perl5 and non-blocking is only way to go
