For a number of reasons, I've recently set up a new OpenPGP key, and
will be transitioning away from my old one.

The old key will continue to be valid for some time, but I prefer all
future correspondence to come to the new one. This message is
signed by both keys to certify the transition.

The old key was:

pub   1024D/5CBEAFA4 1999-04-11
      Key fingerprint = 6ED7 E624 46FE 55EC 87F0  9C6D 548B 53E8 5CBE AFA4

And the new key is:

pub   4096R/53C54FB5 2015-08-30
      Key fingerprint = 1C1D E113 8742 8DBA E42B  CACF 0774 3D49 53C5 4FB5

To fetch my new key from a public key server, you can simply do:

  gpg --keyserver pgp.mit.edu --recv-key 53C54FB5

or you can download it from my website:

  http://powerman.name/about/Powerman.asc

and then manually import it:

  gpg --import Powerman.asc

If you already know my old key, you can now verify that the new key is
signed by the old one:

  gpg --check-sigs 53C54FB5

If you don't already know my old key, or you just want to be double
extra paranoid, you can check the fingerprint against the one above:

  gpg --fingerprint 53C54FB5

If you are satisfied that you've got the right key, and the UIDs match
what you expect, I'd appreciate it if you would sign my key:

  gpg --sign-key 53C54FB5

Lastly, if you could upload these signatures, I would appreciate it.
You can just upload the signatures to a public keyserver:

  gpg --keyserver pgp.mit.edu --send-key 53C54FB5

Now, please delete my old key to make sure it won't be used:

  gpg --delete-keys 5CBEAFA4
