signin-signoff
signin-signoff is a patch for mutt-1.5.11 (and some previous versions too) which allow to configure individual headers/footers for new mail which depend on recipient email. This isn't my patch, I've found it somethere. You can find patched Gentoo ebuild in my overlay.
